Frittata Italian omelette
Ingredients 4 pieces of boiled potatoes until cooked
100 grams of chopped mutton
1 piece of corn, dipipil
1 piece of onion, cut small
3 pieces of garlic crushed and cut into rough

Salt
2 beaten eggs

Step cut into cubes of potatoes that have been boiled cooked.
