Pasta Saus Bolognese
Ingredients 2 servings
200 grams of fettucine (me: San Remo)
250 gram (1 packet) bolognese sauce
1 piece of onion, roughly chopped
5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
200 g minced beef
4 pieces of beef sausage, slice angle
2 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
Seujung nail Italian seasonings herbs/dried Oregano
To taste salt, pepper, sugar, broth powder
1/4 TSP nutmeg powder
Cooking oil/extra light olive oil for sautéing
Topping:
30 grams of cheddar cheese, grated
Step Prepare the Pan and pour 1 litre of water. Bring to a boil. Stir in the pasta and then boiled fettucine until al dente (cooked pasta with the right level of maturity, not mushy and not too raw, when bitten feels springy). Give secubit cooking oil and salt.
Prepare a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the ELOO/garlic and onion until fragrant. Stir in minced beef, stir-stir until meat changes color. Then enter the sausage. Wait until completely cooked.
Add the bolognese sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, broth powder, nutmeg powder, and Italian seasonings. Here is my jg enter grated cheddar cheese because of the salts I just use secubit only. Stir-stir and taste test. If it is too thick it could add 100 ml water.
SERVING SUGGESTION: prepare flat-plate pasta, fettucine according to taste and then pour the bolognese sauce on top and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese to taste. Enjoy it!
